Return & Exchange Policy

At Root's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our artisan-made home décor. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rootshomeandliving@gmail.com. We will provide you with a free shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will do everything we can to make it right.
